It is a free mobile health care service by JWM Global Hospital and Research Center (GHRC), Mount Abu, Rajasthan, India. The program is supervised by Dr. Vinay Laxmi, the Chief of the Village Outreach Program. In November 1991 it was started to:

• Provide a free health check-up for poor villagers and tribal people.
• Educate the villagers to control and prevent disease.
• Launch a School Rebuild and Nutrition Project
